EcoVadis and the German Supply Chain Act

As of 01.01.2023, the Due Diligence Act applies to German companies with more than 3,000 employees and will be extended to 1,000 employees one year later. This whitepaper introduces the core elements of human rights due diligence and outlines measures as well as recommendations for implementation that can be implemented and supported by EcoVadis solutions.
