Whole Foods Market Launches Program in Support of Responsible Sourcing

Whole Foods Market has launched Sourced for Good, a third-party certification program to support responsible sourcing, according to a press release.

The program is replacing Whole Trade Guarantee, evolving in order to support workers, communities, and the environment, looking to bring about measurable positive impacts for farmworkers and their communities, the press release states. It includes products certified by Fair Trade USA, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade America, Fair Food Program, and Equitable Food Initiative.
