EcoVadis and the German Supply Chain Law

As of 01.01.2023, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act applies to German companies with more than 3,000 employees and will be extended to 1,000 employees in 2024. This whitepaper introduces the core elements of human rights due diligence and outlines measures as well as recommendations for implementation that can be supported by EcoVadis solutions.
