In 2003, the HEC Paris School of Management published the 1st study on Sustainable Procurement and we have since made this topic a focus in our academic research.
Over the past 10 years these reports have allowed us to analyze the progress made by procurement organizations in integrating environmental, social and ethical criteria in their strategies, processes and tools. The 2011 report is available here.
In 2013, the focus of our research will be on “How to measure Sustainable Procurement benefits” in order to define and isolate exactly how sustainable procurement can bring tangible value to organisations.
