DHL Express announces Sustainable Aviation Fuel deals with bp and Neste

DHL Express with pioneering collaborations on the use of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF): bp and Neste deliver over 800 million litres of SAF 

bp and Neste pledge DHL Express delivery of over 800 million litres of sustainable aviation fuel by 2026


According to estimates, the CO2 savings from this use of SAF on a life-cycle basis correspond to the annual greenhouse gas emissions of around 400,000 passenger cars


The groundbreaking agreements are an important step towards achieving Deutsche Post DHL Group’s goal of using 30 percent sustainable aviation fuel for all air freight traffic in all air freight by 2030.
