EcoVadis, the leading platform for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ratings for global supply chains, announced today that it has successfully completed its initial certification audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to the newly revised ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems standard.
The audit took place in August at Ecovadis operations in the USA, France, and Poland. The certifications are valid and apply for the company globally including all its locations around the world.
ISO 9001:2015 is the latest revision of the world’s most widely applied international standard on quality management systems. ISO 9001 helps organizations demonstrate to customers that they can offer products and services of consistent quality. The new structure of the ISO 9001:2015 version allows an easier integration with other management system standards such as the ISO 27001 standard.

EcoVadis also completed the surveillance audit for the information security standard ISO 27001:2013 that was conducted concurrently.

For each of the standards, PwC performs a surveillance audit every year, and a re-certification audit every three years.
