Closing the Living Wage Gap

Living wage programs are a continuous process that requires ongoing stakeholder engagement, partnerships and benchmarking. 

Global living wage programs - across diverse operations and supply chains - require global data collection and management, as different geographies have different living wage requirements. 

Collaborative efforts: Buyers play a role through improving procurement practices, and suppliers through employment practices and social dialogue.

A joint discussion between IDH, Schneider Electric and L'Oréal on benchmarking methods to help define and achieve wage gap reduction targets.
