According to Augustin Boulot, Executive Director, B Lab France - Regardless of standards and certification, many companies in BCorp engage in “building collective action” projects to improve upon “social and environmental impact”. Recognising the power of collaboration, BCorp is “going beyond certification”; Companies “engage with the rest of the community, the rest of the movement” and sign “symbolic declaration of interdependence”, reflecting broadspread recognition of key importance of collaboration.
