As supply chains become complex and global, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing and reverse logistics/re-cycling are getting more and more regulated and controlled. Apart from adhering to regulations, companies are also realizing their responsibilities towards building sustainable supply chains. This perspective makes the role of supply chain professionals much more complicated.
