Ready to turn ambition into impact? The EcoVadis Discovery Internship Program is where bright, globally-minded students accelerate their careers at the intersection of sustainability, technology and global business.
The Discovery Internship is designed to maximize your learning experience. Our 2025 intake has included sixteen internships, with roles split across key departments. Interns follow one of three high-impact learning paths:

Deep Dive within a Single Unit: Working within one department but rotating through different specialized teams (e.g., Business Intelligence, HR Communications, or Project Management).

Cross-Departmental Project Ownership: Leading one core strategic project that requires collaboration and insight from multiple departments.

Bridging Departments: Working across two related teams to understand functional synergy (e.g., Marketing + Legal; EcoVadis Services + Impact; or HR Communications + Customer Success).
Our mission to drive sustainable supply chains demands a truly global perspective. That’s why we cultivate an international environment that exposes you to diverse markets and cultures across our hubs, including Barcelona, Mauritius, and Hong Kong.

Gai Kaneko (Barcelona) realized that true adaptability is essential for a global mindset, learning that a solution for a client in Tokyo may need a completely different approach for a client in Barcelona. His biggest takeaway was becoming a connector, someone who can bridge perspectives between different regions and cultures to drive meaningful impact.

Randall Guo (Hong Kong) valued the dynamic and global work environment. ‘He felt that everyone is driven by the same mission and purpose to help make sustainability real.
