Sector Initiatives: Collaborate to Accelerate

April 11, 2022 EcoVadis EN

According to Aurélie Gouverneur - Business Partner - Supplier Sustainability, Mars, Inc - "Prioritization is crucial in making progress and leveraging activities that will enable us to scale up our understanding of sustainability performance. We have selected a number of suppliers in prioritized categories. Within the supply chain,  we have a supplier advanced program that equips suppliers with support, knowledge, and tools to address environmental and social challenges. We ensure improvements are positively impacting the workers and have the workers involved in identifying the challenges and solutions. Suppliers that complete the supplier advance program see a 15% increase in their EcoVadis score when they retake the assessment."

In this session Air France, AkzoNobel, Mars and Biomérieux explain the value of sector initiatives: from sharing standards and practices to creating value across the industry.
