Britta Schirmer, EcoVadis Sales Operations Analyst, who is also part of the WO·MEN employee-led network, explains the role of the group for the EcoVadis team worldwide: “Our aim is to enable all employees to question and speak up against gender stereotypes that are harmful to all genders. We want to empower them to be who they are, make their choices, and speak their mind regardless of what society has taught them to be “male” and “female'' behaviors.”

The 2022 list of Best Workplaces for Women is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees must agree that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender. We determined the BEST based on the overall Trust Index score from female employees.
