The Mauritius office dedicated a week to education and awareness activities centered around the environmental and human rights issues associated with the textile and fashion industry and how consumers can take actions to #MakeSustainabilityReal.

Day 1 and Day 2: documentary screening

Day 3: a talk was given by local D&L Services where it was explained how consumers can become engaged and responsible fashion shoppers

On Day 4: clothing swap event 

Day 5: the office staff, along with local NGOs, created and sold crafts, DIY jewelry made out of recycled paper and upcycled clothing
